Having graduated from UQTR, Dr. Jean-Philippe Chamberland became a podiatrist and founded the Bromont podiatry clinic. While developing his Monteregie-based start-up, the young practitioner also assists renowned podiatric surgeon Dr. William Lee in his Montreal and Brossard clinics. This unique opportunity to work on invasive surgical procedures allows him to be more familiar with pre and postoperative support.

While he enjoys employing his expertise to treat athletes for their pain, podiatrist Jean-Philippe Chamberland keeps his practice versatile and focuses on getting the best out of modern equipment.

Most contemporary techniques

Holding a doctorate in podiatric medicine from UQTR since April 2019, podiatrist Jean-Philippe Chamberland is attuned to the latest advancements in the treatment of plantar disorders. Among the defining experiences in his career as a therapist, it’s worth mentioning his 4-month externship at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.

With his strong interest in biomechanics, it was only natural for the podiatrist to become specialized in all sport-related issues.

Thus, in addition to more conventional treatments, his therapeutic practice also includes:

Assessment of running and walking;
Treatment and management of sports injuries;
Fitting custom foot orthotics to ski and snowboard boots.
